Sessions begin with a conversation between you and Mary where she will review your answers to the Client Questionnaire that you will complete prior.. Together, you will set a goal/intention for what you would like to get from your time together. During your session she will receive information (often images) of plants that are specific in their ability to support you physically, emotionally or spiritually as well as other practices or modalities that would be of benefit to you. From that information and your intake form, she will create a customized recommendation. This may include things like lifestyle/dietary changes, referrals for other practitioners/modalities of healing that may be helpful to you, herbal tinctures, supplements, teas, flower essences, etc. as well as suggestions for more esoteric practices if applicable. She will follow-up with an e-mail with notes and resources from your session.

Follow-up sessions are for returning clients who want to continue working with Mary as a guide on their healing journey and/or want more information on different healing modalities/healers that may be helpful to them.

Emergency Sessions are for clients in immediate need of support that are scheduled within 48 hours of reaching out dependent on Mary’s availability.
